We were in a hard spot. My husband lost his job, and unfortunately we were overextended each month. Our home became one of the first things to suffer. We contacted Scott, and he came out right away. Although we were upside down on our mortgage, with Scotts help we were able to negotiate a short sale which kept us out of foreclosure.
